Okay. I'll tell you what this topic is about. This is about my new not really top secret, plan to take over the world I mean, bring recognition to Dreamcatcher. Okay well the truth is it is not really a plan it is more of a plan of planning a plan.
So this entire topic is to discuss ways that we as a forum community can bring popularity or at least the beginning of a fanbase to this webcomic. DC has been around for how long now? Three years? Has Liz ever even gotten to the top 500? No. She has worked so hard, her story is way too good, her art is great, and I think she deserves to get recognised for her hard work, rather than having an uknown webcomic with a fanbase of 4 people.
So how can we help? Advertising, fanart on DA, (Hazu the advertisments on TWC don't cost all that much wink wink), recommending this webcomic to friends, whether in RL or on a forum.
I have an idea, and yes, I am not dead. There is a sort of wiki I visit sometimes called tvtropes.org basically a nerd's wiki for videogames, shows, books, and other media. I can set up a page for DC there and hope the page stays, hopefully this will help bring it some attention, though probably moreso in the long run. BTW, do not enter Tvtropes, it will ruin your life forever. it even has a page saying it will do so.

XD Oh God, TVTropes. Sometimes you guys kinda scare me. But, it was a good idea. I edited a few things; some for grammar (*is a Grammar Nazi*)and story correctness, some just for extra laughs. (I love getting to make fun of my own comic).
Anyways, thank you, Erro, for your outstanding confidence in this comic. XD I'm glad someone thinks that highly of it, anyway. I admit that I'm sort of shoving DC, especially promoting it, aside for the moment while I worry about school and college and things like that. I intend to get back on that...when I have time >>; Hopefully next month. Actually, probably not, but I'll try. Ack.
But yeah, thanks for the thoughts guys. If you want to promote the comic on your own, well, I'm not stopping you XD Have fun.
Meanwhile, I have a scholarship that I need to work on >>; I am so never going to be able to pay for college otherwise.
